I have ordered from Pogo's for a number of years for my boss on a personal level, as well as for countless corporate events (dinners, parties, etc.) I am always impressed by the terrific customer service I receive from the employees here. They don't just want to sell you a great bottle of wine or liquor--they really want you to enjoy the experience. They're so knowledgeable! They have a massive selection and are always respectful of my budget (runs the gamut depending on the circumstances), which I really appreciate--especially on the business side. Even yesterday, I had to pick up an order of six bottles and I had my daughter with me. One of the employees didn't hesitate to carry the box out to the car for me so I didn't have a hassle. They will always be my go-to place in Dallas for the best wines.
