This is definitely NOT a 5 star hotel .This hotel staff definitely needs some lessons in customer service, especially Murray. On the first day it seemed like the girl at the front desk was a robot and was simply going through the motions. Don't get me wrong, some of the staff seemed very professional but I was very disappointed when dealing with one of the managers, specifically Murray. It's funny how people in the hotel will try to sell you on excursions every time you take a breath but when my wife had really bad stomach cramps it seemed like nobody cared. Instead, Murray referred me to a doctor which is $200 for an evaluation and all we needed was some pepto bismol (which I would stock up on if you plan on eating here). It was about 4 AM in the morning and he came out as if someone had just interrupted his nap. He gave excuses instead of answers and didn't seem to care about our troubles at all. He left and said he would see what he can do and that he would come back. He did not come back but called the guy at the front desk to tell him to tell me there was nothing he can do. Seemed like he was afraid to tell me in person. Also, my wife and I have been plagued by stomach issues ever since we got to this hotel. As I've read other reviews on this site I've seen that other people have had the same issue so so.something is definitely wrong here with the food. Also, it is all inclusive but the food was subpar to say the least. Not the best liquor in the world either...WARNING: if you book a vacation here, expect the staff to pester you about shelling out hundreds of dollars to go on excursions. Its like thats all they care about... I had high hopes for this hotel but I was let down immensely. All I have now is an upset stomach. If you are thinking of booking this hotel, I would definitely look around more. Im surprised to see this place has decent reviews overall but dont be fooled I would pay attention to the recent reviews!
