I have been with them for 14 years. My monthly bill was $241. My wife tried to save us a little bit of money by getting rid of 3 premium channels but one of them was wrong so we switched one of them out to the right one. I just received my bill and it increased by $32 for less service than we had before. They REFUSED to fix it. Hello Comcast!
