I was very disappointed in the customer service I received by my assigned advisor Rojulio. I called the dealership to explain the issue I was having with my car prior to bringing it in for service. I was told by this advisor that my car would be diagnosed on this day, however he could not guarantee that it would be fixed. This was agreeable to me, so I dropped my car off in the morning. After 2 1/2 hours I called to follow up on the diagnosis of my car, however it had not been examined yet. This was not a problem. However, Rojulio became defensive and rude with me, and then deliberately lied and stated he had not told me my car would be diagnosed on this day. Throughout the conversation, he continued to be rude and aggressive, until I asked to speak with a manager. This is unacceptable behavior and I will not be returning to this agency.
