I wanted to take a few moments to let you know how much I have appreciated working with Hannah Porto. Since July 2014 She has been managing my property for me and in my opinion has done an outstanding job throughout the entire process. From my initial contact with her prior to renting, her finding the right tenants for me, signing them to a lease, as well as providing monthly maintenance (providing reports to me etc) she has been outstanding. She is always friendly, courteous, and pleasant to work with. She is always very responsive to me and my many questions, and she always gets back to me with answers quickly and accurately. I have never had to ask her twice for information. She always provides me with what I ask for quickly. Also, it turns out that my current tenants wish to purchase my rental property in the near future, and she is handling that process great as well!

She has done and continues to do an excellent job, and she is an excellent asset to PJ Morgan. I wanted to pass that on to you!
