I m am installer with 15 years experience. The drayton wiser range is cheap and nasty. The kit 3 is the cheapest option for 3 zones using smart phones and it shows.
Schneider/Draytons customer service is terrible, some of the least helpful i ve come across in the industry.
The most recent unit I have fitted was faulty, the main unit wouldn t link to the drayton systems meaning the customer couldn t control it from his phone. It took 8 phone calls to get them to admit it was faulty, and then they tell me they can t send out a replacement, i will have to remove the whole system and send it back to amazon for a replacement, leaving my customer without controls.
This has cost me several hours, on the phone and re-visits to the property.
I will be removing it, getting a refund and then fitting an EPH Ember Pack 3.
Stay clear of the Drayton wiser series.
