I don't have a delivery day yet. On Thursday 12/12 I was sent a shipping number, but on the courier's website the number is non-existent. Friday 13/12, after 10 days from payment, they can't tell me if the oven will arrive before Christmas or by the end of the year. On the day of payment, the oven was available for delivery in 2-3 working days. They never contacted me to tell me it will be a delay or to find a solution.
