The staff at the front desk were very professional and friendly which is why I gave two stars instead of one. Besides that I did not have a pleasant experience. I had to go to the front desk twice during my 2 night stay. On the first day my key card deactivated because it must of been too close to another electronic in my purse that caused it to go out. I really don t understand this part, where else am I suppose to keep my card besides my purse/wallet. It s 2020 and maybe a little investment in your technology would change this inconvenience. Second day because they didn t know I was checked in another night so they deactivated my card. Even though when I checked in they supposedly combined the two separate reservations I had to make because I was unable to contact Expedia to extend my current reservation and The Omni would not help since I booked through a third party. On the morning of day one I left all dirty towels on the bathroom floor along with the sign they asked to leave on the bed if I would like the sheets changed. I came back around midnight and house keeping never came, all day no one came. With us being a family of 4 in the room of course we had used all of towels so I called the front desk and they did bring some. Along with new sheets that we had to change ourselves, they did not offer to change them just dropped them off at the front door. After visiting San Antonio this is not a hotel I will ever book at again. They have a lot of other options to offer.
