I have been with Semper since the beginning of the activity and unfortunately the level of service has clearly dropped over the last few months. Starting from confusing the table that was reserved (on arrival proved to be busy) by "forgetting" to serve ordered drinks and ending with 20 minutes waiting for the bill. Perhaps you are already focusing on the season and tourist traffic, but a good brand is not built in this way.
