You are overburdened while working, which means that you almost never have time for quality control. Usually when an error is luckily found, this has been going on for quite some time. As a result, one takes away from the few staff someone for control orders.

You can not just take a break but usually need a replacement and have to wait until the person is on site so the breaks feel like work.

Department head had no open ear on the contrary you get the consequences if you open your mouth.

The small ones are always guilty and it is made aware that they are easily replaceable. Even the termination is urged also by the Human Resources Department.

If you ask for an interim certificate, this takes months even after repeated requests.

The hours are not immediately or not corrected in case of false cancellations and you do not get a monthly payroll so you quickly lose the overview and thus your money.

Employee-
try to oppress each other and make them look bad because they are insecure about the job.

Head of department-
No due diligence.

Gruppenleiter-
Mostly broken German, no organizational talent and miserable communication that lead to avoidable mistakes.

Wage-
Normal payment:
3 layer approx. 3950.- net
4 layer approx. 4450.- net

Work Life Balance
You are exhausted all the time whether at work or at home. The mental pressure is too high. Only people who really have no other education and prospects for a job are forced to work here.

Long-time employees are probably quit because of bagatelles. As you lose the motivation to quickly ascend and or to provide more power.

I saw so many employees change in this company that I myself thought the company would be a temporary agency.

And the quality suffers from all this.
