Did not stay at the hotel, but had many friends stay. Friends found the hotel very comfortable, but several had issues with their bookings (wrong day booked, wrong beds in room, etc) - but this may have been the fault of the non-staff organiser.

I attended a wedding ceremony and reception. The setting was amazing, but when the reception went overtime, staff very rudely increased music volume to the point it was hard to hear wedding speeches, seemingly in an attempt to encourage us to leave.
