Booked a classic river view room based on website ...

Booked a classic river view room based on website photos but turned out to be a horrible experience; the washroom was the size of a shoe box with the shower on top of the pot. Excuse given was that not all rooms are same; well then they need to upload some real pictures of majority of their rooms as well.
