Great theatre facility - but the artistic director...

Great theatre facility - but the artistic director's choice of plays isnt great. I and many others stopped subscribing because of this. There are so many wonderful plays out there - so why the old and staid? How about plays by Harald Pinter, Neil Simon etc?
