Over a month and four separate service visits to repair a stupid microwave oven. Two months later it broke again. No refund, they say they have to make TWO MORE "attempts" to repair the unit and that the first 4 visits count as one. I've been without a working microwave (or the attached hood vent) for SIXTEEN DAYS. Yesterday they cancelled the work order with their servicer, with no notice to me. Avoid like the plague.
