This place has really gone down, since Regal bought it. We went to see hostile in the director's suite. I was served cold food (hamburger and fries were ice cold), I complained. They remade it which took a very long time and when it arrived again, the burger was a hard hockey puck. I didn't even eat. Then toward the end of the movie, my boyfriend and I started itching. When we came out of the movie, we were covered in hives on our arms. The manager said it was bc they just cleaned the chairs and we must be having an allergic reaction. He gave us free tickets. So, last night we went to see Red Sparrow. We didn't want to order again with crappy food so we just asked for chips and queso with two beers with limes. The queso was totally cold, we weren't given limes, silverware or napkins. I asked for the limes and napkins. It took a full 25 minutes to receive these. I will never go back. Horrible service, horrible food, crappy management.
