I had Pella fiberglass windows installed in my old house and getting the new Wood Lifestyle windows with blinds in between the glass installed this week at my new house. We had our old house refinanced and the appraiser said he added 10% to the value of the home specifically bc of the New Pella replacements. The Pella product is hands down the best quality, best looking, and best performing window in the market. All their wood windows now have a limited lifetime warranty on the frame Can t be beat.
