We tried to hire Scott to install two 110 outlets ...

We tried to hire Scott to install two 110 outlets for a customer of ours. He told me that he would be at the job site to install and never showed. Now he ignores my calls. I tried to call him from a different number and when he answered I asked him why he never came he just hung up on me! Very unreliable and sketchy.
