They have helped with recommendations and configuration of network gear including firewalls, switches and wireless access points. They have helped me address my performance and security needs. Their technical staff are knowledgable and patient, offering good advice and timely service and support and answering all of my strange questions. Although I will never be their largest customer they are super responsive to my requests. Because they are so professional, I can focus on my legal clients rather than messing around with my network.
