Abit compact, but these kind of stores usually are. Other half ordered me a coat, in the size that usually fits me, however for this coat, the sizing was off. (Not the shops fault). Rang them to see if we could exchange in store even though the coat had been ordered online, this staff member was helpful and polite. Went to store and another staff member dealt with our request, I tried another size, but still the same result, as if the brand hadn't even made the coat any bigger and ended up asking for a refund. This was all sorted very quickly.
