I am taking my time to write this review to let any and everybody know what an amazing person Stephanie Rivera is and the great services she provided for me. I was reffered to turn a new leaf from mesa cares. I am a single mom of 2 working for a cruise line. As you may know the cruise industry took a huge hit with covid19 and many of us lost most of our income and were given the minimum hours to keep us there. It wasn't enough to pay even one bill. I am a person who has never received assistance and worked full time my entire life but covid19 hit me hard. After Stephanie contacted me my whole life changed she helped me with rent, power and water bills that were so far behind. And she did this so quickly I was amazed. She focused on my families needs and took a huge burden off of our household. We can literally sit here tonight knowing we aren't going to loose everything and it was Stephanie's quick actions that made everything happen. She was so compassionate and understanding. She made it so easy to talk to her and was always available to help each call made. She truly is an amazing person and employee and I would like everyone to know. You are a rockstar Stephanie Rivera!!!!
