Majority of staff are very rude and do not have any manners, they have the impression they work for the queen, The changing rooms are filthy most of the time, the gym facilities do not work such as steam or sauna, even hand dryer and soap is not available.
It s a shame because the place is a good place but star and people that manage are very disappointing, especially there is a little Asian guy who thinks that works in prison in the way he behaves. This gym at this pace and with rubbish staff like that will not last long at all. I will be asking for a refund as there is no value for money, if you don t believe then visit the gym yourself...
