Speed that we're paying for: 5 Mbps download, 1Mbps upload.

Yes the upload is as advertised, but .37 mbps download? Thats ridiculous. its been like this every night for the past 2 months or so.

Edit: Tonight our speeds reached a low at .63 Download and .21 Upload. This is honestly super, SUPER ridiculous. The fact that we pay $57 dollars for these speeds is just absolutely frustrating
