Their website didn't explain specifically what can be dropped off and what can't (I had random things such as dead NiMH batteries with taped terminals, old 12V cooling blowers about 3 inches square, a surge protector, and an old mobile phone). The woman behind the desk spoke softly into her mask rather than through it, and had the window slid shut. She handed me a brochure but didn't really explain it too well, and I ended up driving to a facility that wasn't open. The website needs to have the information out front, and if you're talking to a customer, talk THROUGH the mask and not just whisper into it.
