I recently used their services for a project and found their website to be user-friendly and informative. However, I felt that the customer support could have been more responsive and helpful in addressing my queries. The overall service was average, and I think they could improve their communication and support system to enhance the customer experience. The website design and layout were good, but the lack of timely and satisfactory support affected my overall impression. Hopefully, they will consider this feedback and make improvements to create a better experience for their customers. 😐
