I had used Arrow Fabricare before and always had a great experience. We recently spilled coffee on a sheepskin rug that was used during our wedding ceremony. Another dry cleaner sent us to Arrow Fabricare. It would ve been a little pricey to do the whole rug and we didn t want to pay nearly what it cost to purchase to get it cleaned. Jim cleaned it for us with some water and soap free of charge (he just said to give money to the needy at the next opportunity). He also gave us advice on how to care for it over the next several days. Everybody was very friendly while we were there. Will definitely go back here. Thank you Jim and Arrow Fabricare Services for saving this sentimental item!
