I haven't even been yet and I don't like the place...

I haven't even been yet and I don't like the place. Only over the phone appointments? How does that work when I said I need referrals for a cardiologist and gastrointestinal doctor? Shouldn't I been seen in person? Never knew you could tell how someone's heart or insides were over the phone. Last time I checked a visit to the doctor was more than a conversation.

Update. This place is terrible. I've been waiting a week for simple notes to be faxed over to a gastro Dr. Even called and requested them to be faxed over. Still nothing. I'll be looking to change my doctor.
