I volunteered a lot of hours here because I wanted to help out. I adopted my puppy here, it's been about 4 years now. Everytime I would go in they wouldn't acknowledge me, and sometimes ignored my questions. Workers in the lost pet section always talked while I did all the cleaning work, until someone would come in. Good prices on vaccines and surgery though. They will track you down if you're late for your pet's vaccines. They called me so many times while I was at school during high school . I don't even know why they kept calling me and threatening me to give me a $180 fine if I wasn't the first number on the documents, I was just a kid.
