I went to civil affairs for a new passport and I was helped in an exceptionally friendly way. Regarding registration, there is a state of the art with the use of digital techniques. Still I have to say: for someone who doesn't come here every day it doesn't make sense. When you enter the hall, you immediately have to draw a number with a beautiful digital device, while you expect that in the civil affairs department. So of course, without seeing it, I passed by. In addition, you do not expect to have to draw a number, since you have already made an appointment digitally at home regarding the time.
In the waiting room, incidentally, you can sit very comfortably in 'the plush', while that is actually not necessary, because you are only there for a short time: after all, you have a time appointment.
Also at the counter an 'easy sit' and you do not get the feeling that it is a rush job!
