Has the best customer service compared to any other bridal store in the Madison area. Took our bridal party as a walk in when other stores said no. Vera herself even checked in on us and gave some great advice. We purchased all our bridesmaids dresses and the bridal gown from Vera's. So professional and each employee we worked with from our dress assistants to the seamstresses were experienced and fun to work with.
