I agree with all negative comments. They are very unprofessional and unethical and once paid in full without any default on my end, they tried to file court papers after it was already paid, then when I tried to bring the matter to their attention so it could be corrected, I was threatened over the phone by some "paralegal wanna be" who told me they didn't make a mistake and would charge me legal fees if I stayed on the phone any longer. What a joke! Glorified bill collectors! The result was me contacting my original creditor and they apologized on this law offices behalf and made sure no further paperwork was filed through a court! I bet they were glad they wasted their time on such an incompetent law office!
