Horrible with communication and lacks any amount of professional behavior. I would warn anyone against going into business with these people. As someone who has lived in Las Vegas their whole life and worked with many different companies this by far was my worst experience. We too have felt the wrath of Melissa and she's a nasty person with absolutely no grip on customer service or even how to have a common decency discussion with another human being. Stay away from luxe international.
