Rooms are old and outdated. My main disappointment with this hotel is customer service. I stayed there a few weeks ago and had a bad experience due to extreme noise on my floor. Security knocked on our door complaining it was us and that wasn t the case.

I understand there will be people partying at hotels but till 2-3am was too much for me when I wanted some sleep. Security realized it was the room next door and tried to reduce the noise but didn t help.

I emailed customer service about my experience and they didn t even respond. Not worth it especially when management doesn t respect and care about their clients feedback.
