Completely negligent. You protected a rapist instead of an innocent victim. Megan's death falls on the shoulders of Capt. Gary Hood and "Investigators" Adam Jones and Josh Hastings. Shame on you awful men for allowing T.J Bunn and his money to influence you. SHAME.
