I worked with Knoah for 2 years , I would love to share my opinion, My opinion is based on my experience not based on my assumptions.
1) Corrupt management
2)95% meetings are scripted.
3)Promotions are fixed and reserved for their friends.Not based on performance.Before official announcement everyone will have knowledge about who is getting promoted and becoz of whose support.
4)Those who have support of manager can achieve Bravo Award (I was doing 100 , Everyone including TL,HR,Manager,Director of the company appreciated my work but no one gave me Bravo throughout the journey.) you will have support of manager, if you will follow the corporate rule "Boss is Always correct".
6) Management will start abusing you from The moment you start asking questions to management , even though your questions make sense.
7)HR team is puppet of Management.They will not have open discussion.HR team will never have perfect answers and if you complaint about what is wrong happening in process, then they will simply suggest "put down your papers".
8)They can not even manage their transport team
9)You will always work MORE for less amount.
10)No transparency.
11)For freshers it is good company bcoz they dont know anything about Corporate rules and regulations, so management can easily exploit them professionally.
12)Yearly appraisal reports are also incorrect.(If anyone is working then don't trust blindly, check your performance report and confirm it is correct or not)
13) More than 80% time incentives was not given on committed date.
I m Glad I left Knoah.
14) It is not fair game, So much dirty politics. Employees who are working from so many years they will always have first preference.
If you are a performer then you deserve much better.It is my genuine advise if you feel it is helpful then keep it else leave it, Best of luck!
15) Knoah has designed their system in such a manner that , management will have all the opportunities to exploit their employee. for example :- just check what is the notice period in knoah, Another example on what basis rewards,awards,promotions are designed.
16) I have seen promotions without any interview.
17) They will always try to enforce a mindset that you are not doing well, even though you are supporting then from every aspect.
18) Busyess is not the key of completing task, Instead performing few critical steps will help to get work done. But team leaders always give that critical information to those people who are their friend and rest of the ppl will work work and work.
19) So much dirty politics in knoah
20) The stupid company ever in the planet.

Sharing my experience bcoz i believe its my social responsibility to help those people who are hungry to do something good and become something Big.

Knoah is not right option. If still want to join knoah then try to figure out what drama they are trying to hide from us. You will get your own answer.
