I live in Milan but I bought my beetle in Venice for the availability of the car, for maintenance or checks I have always been to them. The workshop personnel have always been kind and helpful, the girl at the reception very courteous and welcoming, while waiting for the reception she kindly offered us coffee.
Excellent service.
