Horrible experience. Go anywhere else!!

I brought my dog in for a dew claw injury and respectfully put a muzzle on him to help them knowing they would have to touch his nails and this is what all other vets do. After a two hour wait (Covid rules meant we couldn t go in but they said they only call dogs in when they are next to be seen... which didn t happen), we could see through the glass that the vet and his two techs were immediately scared of our dog. Jumping back when he had a muzzle on and his tail was wagging! The vet then told me because he had a muzzle I know he s aggressive and suggested a pain injection so that the vet could be more comfortable evaluating him. When I asked, and only when I asked, what that was he said sedation.

Also: the clinic had multiple cats and dogs roaming around which seems highly unprofessional.

Do not go here. Completely incapable and judgemental.
