One star is too much, in this hospital it is better not to set foot for any reason, all the wards one worse than the other. Nurses, doctors do not have a minimum of education if they take it out with the patient that poor child is thrown from one side to the other, because they don't even know where to send them, there is no organization, there are no rules, hours and hours of waiting to be treated badly too !!! In particular I speak of the respiratory physiopathology department.
