Kathy Smith and Stephanie O'Green were the best. I knew basically nothing about insurance. I was "thrown" into taking care of aging family and very overwhelmed. Their patients and kindness was wonderful. Not once, did they rush me or make me feel stupid. I cant express how thankful I am.
