I lived with KRS Holdings for two years and they were decent as a rental company for that point in time. Almost every time that we put in a work order, it would be forgotten and we'd have to call and remind them. However, it would eventually get done and the maintenance team was always very nice!

The real sticking point for us has been our horrible check out process. When we first moved in, there were nail holes all over the walls and the yard was a disaster. However, we were reassured time and again that as long as we documented this on our move in check list, there would be no problems come our move out date. When we finally did move out and completed our check out inspection, we were shocked to find that they were going to charge us to repaint everything. I called them and chatted with the customers relation team who coincidentally was unable to find our move in check list where this was all documented. Luckily we had it saved in an email that we had sent to them.

Despite reassurances that they would get this settled and they would get back to us, they have failed to reply as promised. Instead, it has taken hours for us to continually call back, only to hear that "they are working on it". I understand this is a difficult time consuming process. However, I expected better customer service and a higher level of professionalism from such a large company. The least that this company could do is at least be accountable and communicate openly with their tenants.
