Every time I come here I have a terrible experience. One of the last times I was here Emma our server told us the kitchen was closed but took food orders from other tables?? I always cross my fingers and hope she's not serving us when we come in because she's so rude! I've come in several times but never left a complaint but after the service we had from her a couple of weeks ago my staff and i don't want to come in anymore. Talking around the office and with clients, I found its a regular occurrence with multiple people. National never struck me as a place that kept negative servers around! I guess we'll just go to 10th instead.
