I've read somewhere that people think Rustic Canyon has the best burgers in L.A., but that would be completely false. Rustic Canyon makes a nice looking burger, but the beef patty tastes bland, and really doesn't compare to Golden State or Father's Office. I'd definitely go for the pillowy soft gnocchi and the rhubarb strawberry crostata instead of the burger. Just don't forget to visit the ATM beforehand, this restaurant would not be considered cheap eats.
