The staff at the gun range were very helpful...but...

The staff at the gun range were very helpful...but when I went down to purchase from the gun store the manager wouldn't follow the store's own policy's and procedures listed on their website to purchase a firearm. I had all requirements documentation and they wouldn't even start a background check to begin the process for me..the manager was a complete asshat...I feel discriminated against specifically by that asshat of a manager they have
