Very disappointed with LG. I have been waiting for a part since the middle of April 2019. I have contacted the Customer Service Dept for LG and expressed my concerns about the part. I told them that I tried all of their distributors and they do not have the part. I called LG and they told me to try the distributors for the part. I explained 4 times to LG that I already contacted the distributor but, it was like talking to a wall.
