Terrible customer service. The email updates do not reflect what has actually shipped or what is currently in stock. I've had nothing but problems with this place. Was just on hold for 45 minutes, 10am on a monday. I have submitted a online ticket three times on one order, alone, to cancel and modify with no action. If you need Honda lawn parts use Parts Pak.
