Wish I could give zero stars. If I could give it negative stars I would. Hopeless company.. I could go on Dropped parcel wrong flight, Completely incompetent at their job. Bad reputation in New Zealand, Worst delivery service and people I have ever encountered, customer service is useless, avoid using this this company.
