The waters edge is a good stay. Overall good location, friendly beaches and pools, decent food, and overall great staff. However, one of the staff members wasn t helpful as we requested a room far from the parking lot since there was a live concert. He put us in the only room in the entire hotel that had the parking surrounding us on three sides. We promptly had our room changed by a different staff member.
The only thing that makes it loose its five stars is the commonly hosted live concerts, weddings, and other events. Which I am ok with however, I am not okay with live events at 12 in the night when I have to wake up at six everyday due to a important schedule.

Overall great stay just beware of the live concerts.
