Shane was great! He was here even before the scheduled window and went right to work. He quickly diagnosed the issues and brought an estimate to me. I gave him the go ahead and he went straight to work. He spent ALL DAY with us in the scorching eat to make sure things were running properly. He kept me updated and was very professional. He made sure to give me his card in case we still had any issues and made it a point to make sure we know that if our AC was still not working they would come back out to make sure it gets fixed. Will definitely use for future services!
