The hotel rooms, staff and restaurants were top quality as always. On this stay we had a small problem with the room in that the air conditioning would not turn off. I telephoned reception and within two minutes a maintenance man came to see if he could correct the fault. This was not possible so he contacted reception again and within ten minutes we had been moved to another room, We were extremely pleased with the fast and efficient service to our problem.Top marks and our thanks to all the staff involved.
