I have driven through the beautiful grounds once in the past. I called to set up a reservation for a tour. I had to leave several messages before they got a hold of me. They were not welcoming and did not seem kid-friendly. It seemed that when they found out I had two young children, they were less-available to schedule me in for a tour. It was very disappointing.
