UPDATE.- Jim came out and not only found the issue for certain, but got our furnace running with no parts or up front costs needed.

Incredibly friendly and professional. He even is planning a follow up call for tomorrow to plan our next steps into buying a new furnace or swapping some older parts out that are aging rapidly.

Updating my review to 4 stars. If the issue wouldve been found the first few times wouldve been a 5star easily.

Placeholder Review - In the past 90 days we have had to have one of their technicians come out to our home to service our furnace multiple times.

Brenda has answered the phone every time we call. She has been very cordial and pleasing to work with! Also the techs themselves are friendly and easy to work with also.

However that is where the pleasantries have ended.

This morning our furnace stopped lighting and blowing heat for the third time in 90 days. The first time they replaced a "bad gas valve" (which they charged us full price for even though they swapped it from our back up furnace in the garage). Our furnace worked for about 2 - 3 weeks then the same issue happened again. Gets power...no lighting and no heat.

The 2nd time they came out they said it was a faulty paddle connector delivering power to the gas valve/pump. They replaced the connector and it worked again....for 2 to 3 weeks.

Now this morning, with a sick 3 year old, 8 inches of snow on the ground, windchill in the single digits....we have no heat. I have called them a third time to give them a chance to redeem themselves.

Thus far we have spent $600 on their visits. They charge a $130 Diagnostic fee to visit our home each time. This fee, supposedly, is to include a top to bottom inspection of the furnace and root cause analysis to find what the real issue is. So far that is $260 worth of time wasted.

If they are able to correct the issue today, and make this worth our time, I will give them a higher rating. However, if it is another bout of wasted time and money, this 1 star review will be staying put.
